中医护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

| 摘要 |
目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症中医护理对患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法 研究以本院腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究样本，样本量筛选100例，收集时间点：2022年7月-2024年7月，按照护理方法将患者划分两组，常态护理组50例，接受常态护理，中医护理组50例，接受中医护理。统计分析两组中医症候积分、腰椎活动度、疼痛程度、功能障碍程度、腰椎功能、生活质量、临床疗效。结果 中医护理组中医症候积分、腰椎活动度、疼痛程度、功能障碍程度、腰椎功能、生活质量、临床疗效均优于常态护理组（P<0.05）。结论 腰椎间盘突出症中医护理较常态护理更能对患者疼痛进行缓解，将患者生活质量提升，具有临床价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on pain and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were selected as research samples, and the collection time was from July 2022 to July 2024. The patients were divided into two groups according to nursing methods: 50 cases in normal nursing group and 50 cases in traditional Chinese medicine nursing group and traditional Chinese medicine nursing group. TCM symptom scores, lumbar motion, pain, dysfunction, lumbar function, quality of life and clinical efficacy were statistically analyzed. Results TCM syndrome score, lumbar motion degree, pain degree, dysfunction degree, lumbar function, quality of life and clinical efficacy in TCM nursing group were better than those in normal nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with normal nursing, traditional Chinese medicine nursing for lumbar disc herniation can relieve the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which has clinical value.
