摘要	对全髋关节置换术后患者早期下床活动首次下床时间的选择、下床活动前的评估、早期下床活动的内容、下床活动的强度及频率和早期下床活动后的评估及处理等方面进行综述，旨在为临床医护人员安全有效地指导全髋关节置换术后患者早期下床活动及相关研究提供参考。
Abstract	This paper provides a comprehensive review of the selection of the first ambulation time after total hipthroplasty, pre-ambulation assessment, content of early ambulation, intensity and frequency of ambulation, and post-ambulation assessment and management. The is to provide a reference for clinical medical staff to guide patients with total hip arthroplasty to ambulate early and safely and to conduct related research.
