| 摘要 |
目的 分析癫痫患者在接受全面护理干预后，精神状况及癫痫发作次数的临床表现。方法 为顺利开展本次研究，共计设置两组（对照组及实验组）开展临床护理效果对比研究，研究对象自2024年6月至2024年12月我院收治的癫痫患者中随机抽取，抽取例数为100例，对照组仅接受常规护理干预，实验组接受全面护理干预，对比两组患者生活质量、精神状态及癫痫发作次数。结果 实验组患者生活质量、精神状态均优于对照组患者，且癫痫发作次数低于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 全面护理干预能够有效降低癫痫患者发作次数，对于稳定患者精神状态、提高生活质量有非常明显的作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of epilepsy patients mental status and seizure frequency after receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods In order to conduct this study smoothly, two groups (control group and experimental group) were set up for clinical nursing effect comparison. The study subjects were randomly selected from epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to December 2024, with a total of 100 cases selected. The control group only received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The quality of life, mental state, and number of epileptic seizures of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The quality of life and mental state of the experimental group patients were better than those of the control group patients, and the number of epileptic seizures was lower than that of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the frequency of seizures in epilepsy patients, and has a very significant effect on stabilizing their mental state and improving their quality of life.
