| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：观察健康教育联合心理护理在无痛胃镜患者中的护理效果。方法：将本院于2019年05月--2020年05月接收的126例无痛胃镜检查患者作为观察对象，将之随机分组对照，其中常规组63例给予常规护理干预，研究组63例则加强健康教育+心理护理。结果：研究组总满意度高于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组负性情绪评分以及检查后的血压、心率均低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组不良反应少于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：对无痛胃镜检查患者加强健康教育、心理护理，能够进一步减轻其生理、心理应激反应，避免不良反应，进而赢得患者信任和好感，提高其满意度，值得在临床中大范围推荐普及。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing in painless gastroscopy patients. Methods: 126 cases of painless gastroscopy received by our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly divided into control group, 63 cases in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention, 63 cases in the study group were given health education + psychological nursing. Results: the total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group (P < 0.05); the negative emotion score, blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05); the adverse reactions of the study group were lower than that of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: to strengthen the health education and psychological care for the patients with painless gastroscopy can further reduce their physiological and psychological stress reactions, avoid adverse reactions, and then win the trust and favor of the patients, improve their satisfaction, which is worth recommending and popularizing in a wide range of clinical practice.
