Objective To explore the application value of operating room nursing under risk assessment and 4R crisis management in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Methods The starting time of this study is December 2023, and the ending time is December 2024. The number of patients is 100, divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group underwent risk assessment and 4R crisis management for operating room nursing. The quality of nursing care and perioperative indicators were analyzed for both groups of patients, and the incidence of complications was evaluated. Results After providing different nursing measures, the nursing quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05, Evaluate the perioperative indicators of patients, and the experimental group is superior to the control group, p<0.05, Comparing the incidence of complications in patients, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing risk assessment and 4R crisis management for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery in the operating room can improve the quality of patient care, improve perioperative indicators, and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of promotion.
