摘要
【摘要】目的:研究分析聚焦解决法健康教育对肺部重症患者活动能力、焦虑以及抑郁情绪的影响。方法:于2015年01月--2019年12月,以本院接收的400例肺部重症患者作为观察对象,将之随机分成两个小组,其中常规组200例常规护理,研究组200例则给予聚焦解决法健康教育。结果:研究组ADL日常生活活动能力评分显著高于常规组(p<0.05);研究组焦虑SAS评分、抑郁SDS评分低于常规组(p<0.05)。结论:通过聚焦解决法对肺部重症患者进行健康教育,可进一步提高其日常活动能力,并促使其负面情绪改善。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the effect of focused solution health education on activity ability, anxiety and depression of severe pulmonary patients. Methods: from January 2015 to December 2019, 400 patients with severe pulmonary diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, including 200 cases in the conventional group and 200 cases in the study group. Results: the ADL activity of daily living score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the anxiety SAS score and depression SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: health education for severe pulmonary patients through focused solutions can further improve their ability of daily activities and improve their negative emotions.
