[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes in cognitive function, mental state, and quality of life in elderly stroke patients treated with music therapy combined with group psychological intervention. Methods 99 elderly stroke patients in our hospital were divided into group psychology group 49 cases and music combination group 50 cases by coin toss. Patients in the group psychology group used group psychology to intervene, and patients in the music combination group added music therapy combination therapy. The mental state, cognitive function and quality of life of the patients in the group changed before and after intervention. Results After 1 month of intervention, the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) of the music joint group were lower than those of the group psychology group, and the Lowenston Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA) scores and concise health The scores of the measurement scale (SF-36) and the Mini Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) were higher than those of the group psychology group (P<0.05). Conclusion Music therapy combined with group psychological intervention can effectively improve the cognitive function and poor mental state of elderly stroke patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
