Objective To investigate the application effect and satisfaction of continuous nursing in postoperative care of patients with kidney stones. Methods 84 patients who underwent kidney stone surgery from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 42 patients in each group. Compare the postoperative general care of the control group and the postoperative continuing care of the experimental group. Compare the health status and satisfaction score of the two groups on the first day after surgery and before discharge. Results On postoperative day 1, there was no significant difference in health status scores and satisfaction scores between the two groups (P>0.05); Before discharge, the health status scores and satisfaction scores of both groups improved. The psychological level and physical pain scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the nursing quality and attitude scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect and satisfaction of continuous nursing in postoperative care of patients with kidney stones are ideal, which is conducive to rapidly improving health status and increasing satisfaction index.
