Objective To analyze the role and impact of targeted vaccination nursing in HPV vaccination nursing. Methods In this study, 90 HPV vaccinators in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and the participants were randomly divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing patterns: the control group included 45 vaccinated patients who received routine care; The study group included another 45 vaccinated people and provided targeted vaccination care. A comprehensive and detailed comparative analysis of the nursing effectiveness of these two groups of vaccinated patients was conducted. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed lower levels of anxiety and depression mood scores, and the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination in the study group was also lower than that of the control group. All differences showed significant results in statistical analysis (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted vaccination care is applied to the HPV vaccination process to help reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and optimize the psychological state of the vaccinated.
