焦点式心理护理在重症胰腺炎患者护理中的效果观察

| 摘要 |
目的 为探究焦点式心理护理用于重症胰腺炎患者护理过程中所呈现的实际效果开展本研究。方法2022年1月至2024年1月期间在院接受治疗的重症胰腺炎患者群体中选取80例作为研究对象，运用随机数字表的分组方式将其均分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例，对照组实施常规护理模式，观察组在常规护理基础上开展焦点式心理护理，并比较两组SAS、SDS）评分、护理满意度。结果 护理4周后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均出现下降，其中观察组SAS评分（35.23±3.12）分、SDS评分（36.56±3.25）分低于对照组的（43.67±4.23）分、（44.89±4.56）分，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度达95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%，组间差异同样具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在重症胰腺炎患者护理工作中采用焦点式心理护理，可有效降低患者焦虑、抑郁情绪水平，提升护理满意度，对推动患者病情康复进程具有积极促进作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the actual effect of focused psychological nursing in the care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received focused psychological nursing in addition to conventional nursing. The SAS and SDS scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased. The SAS score (35.23 ± 3.12) and SDS score (36.56 ± 3.25) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (43.67 ± 4.23) and (44.89 ± 4.56), respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (77.50%), and the difference was also statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of focused psychological nursing in the care of patients with severe acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce the levels of anxiety and depression in patients and improve nursing satisfaction, which has a positive promoting effect on the recovery process of patients.
