| 摘要 |
目的 分析在宫颈癌根治术后患者的临床护理方案中应用早期护理干预的医学价值。方法 将2023年1月-2024年12月于我院妇科住院的子宫颈癌84例患者以随机法分42例对照组常规护理，42例观察组实施早期护理干预。在不同护理模式差异下，对比两组患者肠道功能恢复情况以及生活质量。结果 观察组术后恢复情况优于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期护理干预护理模式应用于宫颈癌根治术后患者，有积极的影响效力，可促进肠功能恢复生活质量提高，让患者多方面受益。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the medical value of early nursing intervention in the clinical nursing plan of patients after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer. Methods 84 patients with cervical cancer who visited our gynecology department from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=42) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=42) receiving early nursing intervention. Compare the recovery of intestinal function and quality of life between two groups of patients under different nursing modes. Results The postoperative recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of early nursing intervention nursing model in patients after cervical cancer radical surgery has a positive impact and can promote the recovery of intestinal function and improve the quality of life, benefiting patients in multiple aspects.
