| 摘要 |
目的 探讨家属协同护理在骨科手术病人围术期阶段的临床应用效果。方法 本研究选择本院接受骨科手术治疗的110例病人研究对象，依据简单随机化法将病人分为对照组55例和研究组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用家属协同护理，对比两组病人的护理效果。结果 与对照组相比，研究组的并发症发生率显著降低，凝血功能指标水平亦显著更低，且研究组在生活质量量表各维度的得分显著高于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将家属协同护理模式应用于骨科围术期病人，可有效改善术后血液高凝状态，降低并发症发生率，并提升病人生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of family collaborative care in the perioperative stage of orthopedic surgery patients. Methods In this study, 110 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (55 cases) and the study group according to the simple randomization method. Results Compared with the control group, the complication rate and coagulation function index level in the study group were significantly lower, and the scores of the study group in all dimensions of the quality of life scale were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of family collaborative care to perioperative orthopedic patients can effectively improve the postoperative blood hypercoagulability, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
