【摘要】目的：观察分析纽曼健康系统模式下护理干预对慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症患者的应用效果。方法：将114例慢性前列腺炎伴抑郁症患者分成常规组（常规基础护理）、研究组（纽曼健康系统模式下护理干预），各57例。结果：研究组护理效果、满意度高于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组SDS抑郁心理评分、SAS焦虑心理评分、NIH-CPSI慢性前列腺炎症评分均低于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：通过纽曼健康系统模式下护理干预，可进一步减轻患者炎症以及负面情绪，效果确切、突出，患者满意度较高，值得引起临床重视并大范围推广普及。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To observe and analyze the application effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic prostatitis and depression under Newman health system mode. Methods: 114 cases of chronic prostatitis with depression were divided into routine group (routine basic nursing) and study group (nursing intervention under Newman health system mode), 57 cases in each group. Results: the nursing effect and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the SDS depression score, SAS anxiety score and NIH-CPSI chronic prostatitis score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: nursing intervention under the mode of Newman health system can further reduce the inflammation and negative emotions of patients, the effect is exact and prominent, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical attention and wide promotion.
