| 摘要 |
目的 分析含碘对比剂静脉外渗的护理干预措施。方法 对我院收入的3例患者进行分析，患者接受CT增强检查时，在推注造影剂（碘海醇）时发生外渗，及时处理，并实施护理干预措施，分析护理效果。结果 经及时处理和护理干预后，3例患者的症状均得到改善。结论 对发生含碘对比剂静脉外渗的患者实施积极有效的护理干预可以得到较好效果，有助于缓解其症状表现。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing intervention measures of intravenous extravasation of iodine containing contrast agent. Methods 3 cases of patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed. Extravasation occurred when the contrast agent (iodohexol) was injected in the patients receiving CT enhancement examination, and timely treatment was performed, and nursing intervention measures were implemented to analyze the nursing effect. Results After timely treatment and nursing intervention, the symptoms of 3 patients were improved. Conclusion Active and effective nursing intervention for patients with iodine-containing contrast agent venous extravasation can get better results and help to relieve their symptoms.
