| 摘要 |
目的 分析在恶性肿瘤患者中实施中医康复护理对患者心理状态的影响。方法 选择2024年1月至2024年12月期间收治的恶性肿瘤患者60例，通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中，各30例，参照组接受常规护理，实验组接受中医康复护理措施，比较两组护理前后心理状态、护理依从性。结果 护理前，两组患者的心理状态指标对比无意义（P>0.05）；护理后，实验组患者心理状态、护理依从性都优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 在恶性肿瘤患者中实施中医康复护理措施有助于改善患者的心理状态，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of implementing traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing measures on the psychological state of patients with malignant tumors. Methods Sixty patients with malignant tumors admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by double-blind method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing measures. The psychological state and nursing compliance of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the psychological state indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05); after nursing, the psychological state and nursing compliance of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing measures in patients with malignant tumors is helpful in improving their psychological state and is worthy of promotion.
