| 摘要 |
目的 探探究血管外科医护一体化护理理念与患者满意度的关系。方法 纳入本次研究患者的数量为60例，时间范围2024年2月份至2025年2月份，依据患者入院时间的先后顺序分成了对照组和实验组，每组30例患者，对照组为常规护理，实验组为医护理体化护理理念，对比两组患者的护理满意度、心理状态。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组，（P<0.05)评估患者心理状态，实验组心理状态更为稳定，p<0.05。结论 为血管外科患者提供医护一体化护理理念，可以提升患者护理满意度，改善患者心理状态，促进患者恢复，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the relationship between the integrated nursing concept and patient satisfaction in vascular surgery. Methods Sixty patients were enrolled in this study between February 2024 and February 2025. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group, 30 patients in each group, based on the order of admission. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received an integrated nursing concept. The nursing satisfaction and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results After providing different nursing measures to the two groups, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The psychological state of the patients was assessed, and the experimental group had a more stable psychological state (P < 0.05). Conclusion Providing an integrated nursing concept for vascular surgery patients can improve patient satisfaction, psychological state, and recovery, and is worthy of promotion.
