| 摘要 |
目的 探究ACTED康复护理模式对腰椎骨质疏性骨折患者的康复效果。方法 选择我院在2023年1月份至2024年12月份，纳入患者的数量为80例患者，平均分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组ACTED康复护理，对比患者的腰椎功能评分、疼痛程度以及患者自我管理能力。结果 实验组腰椎功能评分优于对照组，p<0.05，实验组患者疼痛程度更轻，p<0.05，对比患者自我管理能力，实验组患者自我管理能力更佳，p<0.05。结论 对腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者康复过程中提供ACTED康复护理模式，可以有效的改善患者的腰椎功能，减轻患者疼痛程度，提高患者自我管理能力，促进其恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of ACTED rehabilitation nursing model on patients with lumbar osteoporotic fractures. Methods A total of 80 patients were enrolled in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received ACTED rehabilitation nursing care. The patients lumbar spine function scores, pain levels, and self-management abilities were compared. Results The lumbar spine function score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05, The experimental group had less pain, p<0.05, Compared with the self-management ability of patients, the experimental group had better self-management ability, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing ACTED rehabilitation nursing mode during the rehabilitation process of patients with lumbar osteoporotic fractures can effectively improve their lumbar function, reduce their pain level, enhance their self-management ability, and promote their recovery.
