| 摘要 |
目的 探讨信息一体化在眼科日间手术中的应用效果。方法 于2024年04月-2025年03月期间，选取82例眼科接受日间手术患者为研究对象，数字随机表法进行分组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用信息一体化护理，对比应用效果。结果 观察组较对照组等待手术时间和手术临时取消率均有明显缩短和降低（P＜0.05）；观察组较对照组并发症发生率相对较低（P＜0.05）。结论 在眼科日间手术中予以信息一体化护理干预，可有效缩短等待手术时间，降低手术临时取消率和术后并发症发生率，从而缓解焦虑、抑郁不良情绪，更利于病情的恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of information integration in ophthalmic day surgery. Methods From April 2024 to March 2025, 82 patients who underwent day surgery in ophthalmology were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using a digital random table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received integrated information nursing care. The application effects were compared. Results The observation group showed a significant reduction in waiting time for surgery and temporary cancellation rate compared to the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was relatively lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Information integrated nursing intervention in ophthalmic day surgery can effectively shorten the waiting time for surgery, reduce the rate of temporary surgical cancellation and postoperative complications, alleviate anxiety and depression, and facilitate the recovery of the condition.
