Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing on the perioperative clinical effect, psychological state and prognosis of patients with bladder stones. Methods A total of 30 patients with bladder stones were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025, and the participants were divided into two groups, namely the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (comfort nursing intervention), and the relevant index data of the two groups were sorted out and recorded during the implementation process, and the comparative observation was carried out in combination with the statistical system to analyze the application value of comfort nursing intervention. Results The clinical effect data of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression, the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of stones were lower than those of the control group, and the quality of life data showed a higher advantage than that of the other group, and the P value between the groups was < 0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing intervention for patients with bladder stones can significantly shorten the clinical effect, alleviate their bad mood, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the recurrence rate of stones, and maintain the quality of life.
