| 摘要 |
目的 分析糖尿病合并冠心病患者应用多样化护理的临床效果与满意度情况。方法 纳入2024年1月~2025年1月内我院糖尿病合并冠心病患者66例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（多样化护理）各33例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组自我管理能力（症状管理、用药依从性、自我情绪管理）差异不显著（P＞0.05），干预后观察组症状管理、用药依从性、自我情绪管理评分均高于对照组，且护理总满意度高于对照组，组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对糖尿病合并冠心病患者行多样化护理干预能够显著提升患者自我管理能力和护理满意度，具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and satisfaction of diversified nursing for patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 66 patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2024.01 to January 2025.01 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (diversified nursing) with 33 cases each. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in self-management ability (symptom management, medication adherence, self emotion management) between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group had higher scores in symptom management, medication adherence, and self emotion management than the control group, and the overall nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention for patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease can significantly improve patients self-management ability and nursing satisfaction, which has clinical application value.
