| 摘要 |
分析延续性护理对慢性咽炎患者生活质量的影响。方法 将我院在2020.12月-2021.12月收治的76例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象，采取随机分组法分成两组，即研究组、对照组，前者予以延续性护理，后者予以常规护理，对两组分别干预后的生活质量、护理满意度和治疗效果展开对比。结果 在生活质量（情绪状态、社会职能、身体质量和睡眠质量）对比中，研究组各项评分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；在护理满意度对比上，研究组护理满意度为97.37％，对照组的护理满意度评分为76.31％，研究组显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；在治疗效果对比上，研究组的治疗有效率也显著高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 慢性咽炎患者治疗阶段采用延续性护理会改善患者的生活质量，显效提高治疗效果，值得运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with chronic pharyngitis. Methods 76 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups: the research group and the control group. The former was given continuous nursing and the latter was given routine nursing. The quality of life, nursing satisfaction and treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results in the comparison of quality of life (emotional state, social function, body quality and sleep quality), the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); In the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.37%, and the nursing satisfaction score of the control group was 76.31%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); In the treatment effect comparison, the treatment effective rate of the study group was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion continuous nursing in the treatment stage of patients with chronic pharyngitis will improve the quality of life of patients and significantly improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of application.
