| 摘要 |
目的 分析持续质量改进模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法 在本院手术治疗的患者中挑选100例，时间均出自2023年6月—2024年8月期间，以常规护理管理和持续质量改进管理模式分为两组，对照组和观察组均为50例患者，并将两组手术室护理管理效果进行比对。结果 两组护理质量评分和患者满意度显示，均为观察组好于对照组，组间数据差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在手术室护理管理中开展持续质量改进模式，可使手术室护理管理质量得到进一步提升，增强患者的依从性，减少护理不良事件和纠纷事件的发生，提高手术室工作效率，建议广泛推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement model in operating room nursing management. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to conventional nursing management and continuous quality improvement management model. There were 50 patients in both the control group and the observation group, and the nursing management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction of the two groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group, and the data difference between the two groups was (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement model in operating room nursing management can further improve the quality of operating room nursing management, enhance patient compliance, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and disputes, and improve the work efficiency of the operating room. It is recommended to promote and apply it widely.
