| 摘要 |
目的 分析心理护理对卵巢癌化疗病人焦虑和抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法 挑选医院两年期间收治的卵巢癌化疗患者（样本纳入时间：2022年7月至2024年7月；样本纳入例数：88例）作为研究对象，按照数字表随机排序法进行分组，分为对照组（入选该组患者实施常规护理，共44例）与研究组（纳入该组的患者进行心理护理，共44例）。对比两组的焦虑抑郁情绪及化疗依从性。结果 在焦虑评分与抑郁评分上，研究组较对照组更低（P＜0.05）。在治疗依从性方面，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在卵巢癌患者化疗期间，配合心理护理的效果良好，有助于舒缓焦虑和抑郁情绪，提高治疗依从性，临床可进一步推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in ovarian cancer chemotherapy patients. Methods Ovarian cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to the hospital during a two-year period (sample inclusion time: July 2022 to July 2024; sample inclusion number: 88 cases) were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (44 cases selected for routine nursing) and a study group (44 cases included for psychological nursing) according to a numerical table random sorting method. Compare the anxiety, depression, and chemotherapy adherence between the two groups. Results In terms of anxiety and depression scores, the study group had lower scores than the control group (P<0.05). In terms of treatment compliance, the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion During chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients, the effect of psychological nursing is good, which helps to relieve anxiety and depression, improve treatment compliance, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
