Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive operating room nursing during flexible ureterolithotomy in patients with renal stones. Methods A total of 68 patients with renal stones who underwent ureterolithotomy in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (34 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive operating room nursing intervention. The surgical recovery and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less, and the incidence of complications was lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive operating room nursing intervention is effective in patients with renal stones undergoing flexible ureterolithotomy, which can promote patient recovery and reduce the incidence of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
