| 摘要 |
目的 分析讨论中医康复护理+穴位贴敷对腰椎间盘突出患者的影响效果。方法 选择我院2021年5月-2024年5月所接收的100例腰椎间盘突出患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（中医康复护理+穴位贴敷）与对照组（常规康复护理），对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组采用中医康复护理+穴位贴敷干预后，其临床疗效、功能评分、VAS评分均显著优于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 中医康复护理+穴位贴敷对腰椎间盘突出患者康复效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the effects of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing and acupoint application on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing+acupoint application) and a control group (conventional rehabilitation nursing), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing and acupoint application, the clinical efficacy, functional score, and VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint application has a significant rehabilitation effect on patients with lumbar disc herniation, and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
