| 摘要 |
目的 分析并探讨儿童骨科护理中多元化健康教育模式的实施效果。方法 选取本院骨科收治的84例患儿作为本次研究的样本，遵循随机分配的原则，将这些患儿分为对照组（包含42例，接受常规健康教育）和试验组（包含42例，实施多元化健康教育模式）。对两组患儿的护理效果进行全面的数据收集、分析及对比评估。结果 相较于对照组，试验组在健康知识的掌握程度上更为优越，并且在遵循医嘱用药、饮食调控以及功能恢复训练等多个方面的依从性也显著更高。两组之间的差异在统计学上具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 多元化健康教育模式有助于骨科患儿及其家长获取更为丰富的疾病信息，增强患儿的医嘱遵循意愿，取得了显著的应用成效。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and explore the implementation effect of the diversified health education model in pediatric orthopedic nursing. Methods A total of 84 children admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital were selected as the samples of this study. According to the principle of random allocation, these children were divided into a control group (including 42 cases, receiving routine health education) and an experimental group (including 42 cases, Implement a diversified health education model). Comprehensive data collection, analysis and comparative evaluation were conducted on the nursing effects of the two groups of children. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a superior level of health knowledge and significantly higher compliance in terms of medication, diet regulation, and functional recovery training. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The diversified health education model can help orthopedic children and their parents obtain more abundant disease information, enhance the childrens willingness to follow the doctors orders, and has achieved remarkable application results.
