摘要
目的 分析正念干预用于感染科低年资护士中的价值。方法 随机均分2023年1月-2024年6月在本院感染科中任职的低年资护士(n=40)。试验组采取正念干预法,对照组行常规干预。对比CPSS评分等指标。结果 关于CPSS评分:干预后,试验组低至(30.04±5.21)分,对照组高达(35.68±6.03)分,前者相较于后者更低(P<0.05)。工作幸福感:干预后,试验组高达(92.15±14.62)分,对照组只有(86.31±13.71)分,前者相较于后者更高(P<0.05)。满意度:试验组95.0%,对照组75.0%,前者相较于后者更高(P<0.05)。结论 感染科低年资护士用正念干预法,护士的满意度更高,觉知压力更轻,工作幸福感提升也更加显著。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of mindfulness intervention for junior nurses in the infectious department. Methods Junior nurses (n=40) who worked in the infectious department of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided. The experimental group received mindfulness intervention, and the control group received conventional intervention. Compare indicators such as CPSS scores. Results Regarding CPSS scores: after intervention, the experimental group had a low score of (30.04±5.21) points, while the control group had a high score of (35.68±6.03) points, and the former was lower than the latter (P<0.05). Work happiness: After the intervention, the experimental group scored as high as (92.15±14.62) points, while the control group only scored (86.31±13.71) points, and the former was higher than the latter (P<0.05). Satisfaction rate: 95.0% in the experimental group and 75.0% in the control group, with the former being higher than the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of mindfulness intervention for junior nurses in the infectious department can improve nurse satisfaction, reduce perceived stress, and significantly improve work happiness.
