总结1例高龄急性心绞痛合并右股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者的护理经验。老年人基础疾病多，症状复杂，急性发病期致死率高。护理要点：就地休息，给氧，保证病人血氧饱和度在95%以上，预防心肌梗死；采取多学科，个性化康复计划，提升患者的生活质量。

| Abstract |
Summarize the nursing experience of an elderly patient with acute angina pectoris and right intertrochanteric comminuted fracture. Elderly people have many underlying diseases, complex symptoms, and a high mortality rate during the acute onset period. Nursing points: rest on the spot, give oxygen, ensure that the patients blood oxygen saturation is above 95%, and prevent myocardial infarction; adopt a multidisciplinary, personalized rehabilitation plan to improve the patients quality of life.
