| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析早期康复护理对针灸治疗周围性面瘫的影响。方法 时间：2021年5月至2024年5月，对象：接受针灸治疗的周卫星面瘫患者共100例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用早期康复护理，对比两组面神经残疾指数以及面神经功能。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 早期康复护理可显著改善患者两组面神经残疾指数以及面神经功能，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Time: May 2021 to May 2024, Subjects: A total of 100 patients with periarthritis facial palsy who received acupuncture treatment, Grouping: Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing. The facial nerve disability index and facial nerve function were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Early rehabilitation care can significantly improve the facial nerve disability index and facial nerve function of the two groups of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
