Objective To explore and analyze the effect of diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing on patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids. Methods Time: January 2023 to January 2024, Subjects: A total of 102 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing. The pain degree, psychological state and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS, SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05). After intervention, the VAS, SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Diversified demand nursing combined with detailed nursing can significantly improve patients pain level, psychological state and satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
