| 摘要 |
目的 总结分析老年心血管病患者的早期康复护理疗效。方法 选取我科室收治的90例老年心血管病患者作为研究对象，时间为2023年3月-2024年3月，随机分成对照组与实验组，均为45例。给予对照组常规护理，实验组的护理方法为早期康复护理，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的护理疗效、生活质量及护理满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理在老年心血管疾病患者护理中的应用，可提高护理疗效和患者的生活质量，患者满意度高。

| Abstract |
Objective To summarize and analyze the early rehabilitation nursing efficacy of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods 90 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our department were selected as the research subjects from March 2023 to March 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. Provide routine care to the control group and early rehabilitation care to the experimental group, and compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The nursing efficacy, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing in the care of elderly cardiovascular disease patients can improve nursing efficacy and patients quality of life, with high patient satisfaction.
