Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of feeding training combined with improved swallowing rehabilitation exercises on the nursing effectiveness of patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods A total of 44 patients with cerebral stroke and dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups: a control group (22 cases, receiving routine nursing) and an experimental group (22 cases, receiving feeding training combined with improved rehabilitation swallowing exercises). . Subsequently, the nursing outcomes of the two groups were collected, analyzed, and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the swallowing function and eating ability of the patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, and their quality of life scores also showed a higher level, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The combined intervention of feeding training and modified rehabilitation swallowing exercises for stroke patients with dysphagia can significantly improve their swallowing and eating abilities and their quality of life, showing significant therapeutic effects in clinical nursing practice.
