Objective To analyze the development and application of user-centered wechat mini program for family support care for early childbirth. Methods By means of "user-centered design" and semi-structured interviews combined with literature search, the support and nursing needs of parents and families of premature infants were analyzed, and the module contents of mini programs were established according to their notes, and prototype models were designed to carry out the wechat mini programs for family support and nursing of premature infants, and actively test and evaluate them. Results Through the establishment of wechat mini program for the care of small premature infants, and the effective client and background data management, involving the three periods of hospitalization time in NICU, discharge transition period and discharge home period, different knowledge modules, skill modules and experience modules were set up in different periods, and fully applied in clinical practice. After passing the test, the systems usable information reached 83 points. The user has better physical examination and higher usability. Conclusion The wechat mini program of family support nursing for premature infants is beneficial to provide family nursing support for parents of premature infants in different periods, and is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
