Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of rapid rehabilitation neurosurgical nursing in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods 78 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (39 cases) and an observation group (39 cases), with the control group receiving routine care and the observation group receiving rapid rehabilitation neurosurgery care. Compare the treatment outcomes and incidence of complications between two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation neurosurgery nursing effectively improves the treatment effect of patients with traumatic brain injury, reduces the incidence of complications, promotes patient recovery, and is worthy of active promotion in clinical nursing work. It can provide better nursing services for patients with traumatic brain injury, improve their prognosis and quality of life.
