| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析良肢位摆放早期康复护理脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果。方法 时间：2024年1月至2024年10月，对象：脑卒中偏瘫患者共62例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用早期康复护理，观察组在对照组的基础上结合良肢位摆放，对比两组神经功能状态；肢体功能；肢体偏瘫程度以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 良肢位摆放早期康复护理可显著改善患者神经功能状态；肢体功能；肢体偏瘫程度以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of good limb positioning on early rehabilitation nursing for patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods Time: January 2024 to October 2024, Subjects: A total of 62 patients with hemiplegia after stroke, Grouping: Randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted early rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group combined good limb positioning on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of neurological function status, limb function, degree of limb hemiplegia and quality of life. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing with good limb positioning can significantly improve the patients neurological function status, limb function, degree of limb hemiplegia and quality of life, which is worthy of promotion and application.
