| 摘要 |
目的 浅析高血压性脑出血后偏瘫患者采用早期肢体康复训练进行住院期指导，为患者健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年8月收治的高血压脑出血偏瘫患者70例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用早期肢体康复训练，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组Barthel指标和NIHSS评分均优于对照组患者，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；此外，观察组患者上下肢运动能力（FMA）量表评分结果优于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对高血压脑出血偏瘫患者实施早期肢体康复训练的效果显著，有助于改善患者的神经功能指标和生活自理能力，有助于患者恢复上下肢运动水平，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients with early limb rehabilitation training to provide suggestions for the healthy life of patients. Methods Selected 70 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia admitted from September 2023 to August 2024, and the observation group used early limb rehabilitation training to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The Barthel index and NIHSS score were better than the observation group, P <0.05; moreover, the upper and lower limb motor capacity (FMA) score in the observation group was better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion The effect of early limb rehabilitation training for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia is remarkable, which is helpful to improve the neurological function index and self-care ability, and restore the movement level of upper and lower limbs, which is worth promoting.
