| 摘要 |
目的 浅析颅脑肿瘤患者采用加速康复外科护理进行住院期指导，为患者围术期提供更多保障。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年11月收治的颅脑肿瘤患者60例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用加速康复外科护理，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后康复情况优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者术后并发症率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，观察组患者生活质量测定量表评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对颅脑肿瘤患者实施加速康复外科护理的效果显著，有助于患者术后早日康复，在降低术后并发症的基础上加强生活指导，保障患者手术治疗成果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the inpatient of patients, to provide more guarantee for patients in the perioperative period. Methods 60 patients with brain tumors admitted from January 2024 to November 2024 were selected for the control group; the observation group adopted accelerated rehabilitation surgical care to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The postoperative recovery of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05); moreover, the postoperative complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the comparison difference was significant (P <0.05). Finally, the scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for craniocerebral tumor patients is remarkable, which is helpful for patients to recover soon after surgery, strengthen life guidance on the basis of reducing postoperative complications, and guarantee the surgical treatment results of patients.
