| 摘要 |
目的 分析医养结合模式下延续护理用于老年前列腺增生的价值。方法 随机均分2022年4月-2024年3月本科接诊老年前列腺增生病人（n=76）。试验组采取医养结合模式下延续护理，对照组行常规护理。对比BPHQLS评分、明确患者的睡眠质量。结果 关于BPHQLS评分改善情况和护理质量：试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）在睡眠质量上，试验组优于对照组（p<0.05)。结论 老年前列腺增生用医养结合模式下延续护理，病人的生存质量更好，护理质量也更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of continuing nursing for elderly prostatic hyperplasia in the combined mode of medical care and nursing care. Methods From April 2022 to March 2024 (n=76). The experimental group adopted the continuous nursing under the mode of combining medical care and nursing, and the control group performed routine nursing. Compare the BPHQLS score and clarify the sleep quality of the patients. Results Regarding the improvement of BPHQLS score and the quality of care: the test group was better than the control group (P <0.05) in terms of sleep quality, and the test group was better than the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients under the combination of medical and nursing, the quality of life is better and the quality of care is higher.
