| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析围术期精细化护理对高龄高危前列腺增生手术患者的影响。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：高龄高危前列腺增生手术患者共62例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用围术期精细化护理，对比两组临床相关指标；并发症发生率以及前列腺症状评分。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 围术期精细化护理可显著改善患者临床相关指标；并发症发生率以及前列腺症状评分，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative fine care on elderly high-risk prostatic hyperplasia surgery patients. Methods time: January 2023 to January 2024, target: 62 patients with high-risk advanced prostatic hyperplasia surgery, group: randomized into control group and observation group. The control group used routine care, and the observation group used perioperative refined care to compare the two groups with clinically relevant indicators; complication rate and prostate symptom score. Results The observed group was better than the control group with P <0.05. Conclusion Perioperative fine care can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patients; complication rate and prostate symptom score are worthy of promotion and application.
