Objective To explore the importance of gynecological nursing in the preoperative preparation of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids collected from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to preoperative nursing mode: observation group (routine preoperative nursing, 40 cases) and control group (quality preoperative nursing, 40 cases). The preoperative psychological state (SAS, SDS scores), preoperative quality of life scores and preoperative nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the effect difference of high-quality nursing in the preoperative preparation stage was analyzed. Results The control group was significantly better than the observation group in preoperative psychological state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). The patients receiving high-quality nursing had significant effects on preoperative psychological intervention and health education, anxiety and depression were significantly reduced, and preoperative trust and cooperation were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing has significant advantages in the preoperative preparation stage of patients with uterine fibroids, which can effectively relieve the psychological pressure of patients, improve the preoperative quality of life and enhance the satisfaction of nursing work.
