| 摘要 |
目的 浅析血液病患者采用集束化护理进行PICC置管指导，为预防并发展，提升患者自我管理做好准备。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年10月收治的血液病患者80例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用集束化护理，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者并发症率高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；同时，观察组患者穿刺次数少于对照组，置管时间长于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，从观察组患者自我护理能力高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对血液病患者实施集束化护理的效果显著，不仅提升了患者的自我护理能力，还有效地预防PICC置管期间的并发症，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the PICC catheterization guidance for patients with hematological diseases using cluster nursing, so as to prepare for prevention and development and improve patient self-management. Methods A total of 80 patients with blood diseases were selected from January 2024 to October 2024, and the control group was treated with basic nursing. The observation group was treated with cluster nursing, and the clinical nursing effect was compared. Results The complication rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the puncture times of observation group were less than that of control group, and the catheterization time was longer than that of control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05). In addition, the self-care ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of cluster nursing for patients with hematological diseases is remarkable, which not only improves patients self-care ability, but also effectively prevents complications during PICC catheting, and the intervention effect is accurate.
