| 摘要 |
目的 分析SOP 指导下护理流程优化在鼓室球瘤围术期中的作用。方法 本次研究选择2022年9月—2024年9月在我院接受医治的鼓室球瘤患者，共108例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各54例，对照组围术期实施常规护理，观察组围术期实施SOP 指导下护理流程优化模式。对比两组护理前后听力质量、对比两组患者并发症发生率、对比两组患者舒适度和耳鸣程度。结果 护理前观察组骨导听力气导听力无显著差异，护理后观察组骨导听力气导听力高于对照组；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组；护理前观察组GCQ、THI无显著差异；护理后观察组GCQ评分高于对照组，观察组THI评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 SOP 指导下护理流程优化应用在鼓室球瘤围术期中，有利于减少耳鸣程度、提高舒适度，提高听力质量，因此可不断推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of nursing process optimization under the guidance of SOP in the perioperative period of glomus tympanic tumor. Methods A total of 108 patients with glomus tympanic tumor who were treated in our hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were selected in this study and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the observation group implemented the nursing process optimization mode under the guidance of SOP during the perioperative period. The hearing quality before and after nursing, the incidence of complications, and the comfort and tinnitus degree of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in bone conduction hearing and air conduction hearing between the observation group before nursing, and the bone conduction hearing and air conduction hearing of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group; the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group; there was no significant difference in GCQ and THI between the observation group before nursing; the GCQ score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the THI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The optimization of nursing process under the guidance of SOP is applied in the perioperative period of glomus tympani tumor, which is conducive to reducing the degree of tinnitus, improving comfort and improving hearing quality, so it can be continuously promoted and applied.
