| 摘要 |
目的 探讨缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）新生儿给予循证护理的效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月收治的新生儿HIE70例，随机分为观察组（循证护理）和对照组（常规护理）各35例，对比效果。结果 观察组体格发育、心理运动发育、神经行为、护理质量评分高于对照组，不良反应低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理应用在HIE新生儿中效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods 70 cases of neonatal HIE70 admitted from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (evidence-based nursing) and control group (routine nursing), with 35 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The scores of physical development, psychomotor development, neurobehavior and nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is effective in neonates with HIE.
