[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes of glioma patients stress response, psychological state and postoperative quality of life after psychological interventions during perioperative period. Methods According to the coin toss method, 80 patients with glioma undergoing elective surgical treatment were divided into 40 patients in the conventional care group and 40 patients in the psychological intervention group. The patients in the conventional intervention group were given conventional perioperative nursing intervention, and the patients in the psychological intervention group were in On this basis, psychological intervention was added to compare the anxiety and depression mood, body stress response, complication rate during the intervention period and postoperative quality of life changes between the two groups of patients after intervention. Results After the intervention, the levels of SAS, SDS, SBP, HR, RPP, and the incidence of complications in the psychological intervention group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group, and the QOL score was higher than that in the conventional nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with glioma during the perioperative period, reduce the incidence of stress response and complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
