| 摘要 |
目的 探究胃食管反流（GERD）患者行临床护理路径（CNP）的影响。方法 2023年1月~2024年1月，取我院GERD患者100例，随机分组，各组均50例，对照组+健康教育常规模式，观察组+ CNP模式健康宣教，组间价值分析。结果 干预后，观察组掌握健康知识程度、生活质量、满意度数值均较对照组更优（P<0.05）。结论 GERD患者行CNP可强化患者掌握健康知识，提高满意度，提升生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) for patients with gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). Methods From January, 2023 to January, 2024, 100 patients with GERD in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group: control group+routine health education mode, observation group+CNP mode health education, and value analysis between groups. Results After the intervention, the level of health knowledge, quality of life and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion CNP for GERD patients can strengthen their knowledge of health, improve their satisfaction and improve their quality of life.
