| 摘要 |
目的 浅析重度颅脑损伤患者采用过渡期护理模式进行住院期指导，为患者早日康复提供建议。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年11月收治的重度颅脑损伤患者40例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用过渡期护理模式，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的心理焦虑和抑郁情绪评分低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，观察组患者护理满意度评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对重度颅脑损伤患者实施过渡期护理模式的效果显著，有助于缓解患者的紧张情绪，预防不良事件，保障患者安全。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the patients with severe craniocerebral injury by using the transitional nursing mode for hospitalization guidance, and to provide suggestions for patients early recovery. Methods 40 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted from December 2023 to November 2024 were selected; the control group adopted the transitional nursing mode to compare the clinical nursing effect. Results The psychological anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05); moreover, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05). Finally, the nursing satisfaction score was higher than the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of implementing transitional nursing mode for patients with severe craniocerebral injury is helpful to relieve patients tension, prevent adverse events and ensure patient safety.
