| 摘要 |
目的 观察研究护理专案行动在慢性萎缩性胃炎病人护理中的效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年4月期间于我院进行治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例为研究对象，将其随机分为试验组与参照组，每组各50例，给予参照组患者常规护理干预，在常规护理基础上对试验组患者实施护理专案行动，比较护理效果。结果 试验组患者的自护能力评分明显高于参照组，临床症状评分明显低于参照组，组间数据表现出明显差异性（P＜0.05）有统计学意义。结论 在常规护理基础上对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者实施护理专案行动，护理效果显著，能够显著提升患者自我护理能力与改善患者临床症状，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and study the effect of nursing action in chronic atrophic gastritis patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 50 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was given to patients in the reference group, and nursing project actions were implemented for patients in the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing to compare nursing effects. Results The self-care ability score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that of the reference group, with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, the implementation of nursing projects for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis has remarkable nursing effect, which can significantly improve patients self-care ability and improve patients clinical symptoms, and is worth promoting.
