| 摘要 |
目的 分析时效性激励护理对脊髓型颈椎病患者的影响。方法 研究对象为本院收治的80例脊髓型颈椎病患者，时间为2022年6月~2024年6月。入组时通过数字奇偶数分为两组，对照组采取常规护理，实验组在对照组基础上采取时效性激励护理，对比两组VAS、JOA、ROM评分，生活质量及护理满意度。结果 实验组VAS、JOA、ROM评分均明显优于对照组，实验组生活质量平均得分及护理满意度也高于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论 时效性激励护理对脊髓型颈椎病患者的影响效果显著，能够减轻疼痛，改善生活质量，具有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of time-effective incentive nursing on patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods The subjects were 80 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024. When enrolled, the group was divided into two groups by odd and even numbers. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received timeliness incentive nursing on the basis of the control group. The VAS, JOA, ROM scores, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results VAS, JOA and ROM scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the average score of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were also higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion Timeliness incentive nursing has significant effect on patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy, which can reduce pain and improve life quality, and has high application value.
