| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析综合护理应用于膝骨性关节炎关节置换术的效果。方法 时间：2023年1月至2024年1月，对象：接受关节置换术的膝骨性关节炎患者共72例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，对比两组关节功能，并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 综合护理可显著改善患者关节功能，并发症发生率以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on knee osteoarthritis joint replacement surgery. Methods Time: January 2023 to January 2024, Subjects: 72 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent joint replacement surgery, Grouping: Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group used comprehensive nursing. The joint function, complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the joint function, complication rate and quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
