| 摘要 |
目的 探究基于加速康复外科护理的结直肠癌患者依从性管理应用效果。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年12月本院收治的120例结直肠癌患者展开研究，采取单盲法，对照组行常规护理，观察组行基于加速康复外科护理。统计护理前后结直肠癌患者依从性管理数据。结果 护理前两组结直肠癌患者依从性无对比差异，护理后观察组结直肠癌患者依从性评分偏高（P<0.05）。结论 基于加速康复外科护理有助于提升结直肠癌患者的依从性，促使患者中遵医嘱，接受随访与建议，有利于和谐医患关系的构建以及患者身体素质的改善。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of compliance management in patients with colorectal cancer based on accelerated rehabilitation surgical care. Methods A total of 120 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected for this study. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing. The compliance management data of colorectal cancer patients before and after nursing were analyzed. Results There was no difference in compliance between the two groups before nursing, and the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the two groups after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing, it is helpful to improve the compliance of patients with colorectal cancer, encourage patients to follow the doctors advice, accept follow-up and suggestions, and contribute to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the improvement of patients physical fitness.
